Trust Deeds

If you are normally resident in Scotland with significant debt problems, then there is a process known as a "Trust Deed" available to you.

This is an agreement with your creditors to accept a payment in full and final settlement of their debt. The payments are normally made over a three year period after which the balance of your debt will be written off.
